We will treat all correspondence in the strictest confidence. Any complaint or query will be dealt with promptly as follows:
- we will acknowledge correspondence within 5 working days
- we will aim to resolve all issues within 2 weeks from initial date of communication.

Post and packing charges.
Post and packing charges are determined by the seller, and are applied to each item individually. No discount is offered on multiple purchases. When purchasing multiple items, they may originate from different sellers and therefore may not arrive at their destination together. Before you click to 'Buy' your chosen items, please ensure that the correct country of delivery is chosen. This will apply the appropriate postage charges for the items and their destination.
Delays in delivery will occur if the destination chosen does not match that indicated when payment is made, as the additional postage charges will be required before the items are dispatched.
